cloudtaser-cli beacon

Commands for installing, monitoring, and joining cloudtaser-beacon relay instances.

The beacon is a content-blind TCP relay that matches cloudtaser-port and cluster-broker peers by a shared info hash and forwards encrypted bytes between them. It authenticates peer registrations with the configured beacon auth key. The relay cannot inspect customer payloads, but its installation manages operational authentication, gossip-encryption, and TLS key material. HA requires --replicas>=3; a 2-node cluster is refused at both CLI and beacon side because it has no tiebreaker and strictly adds a failure mode compared to single-instance.
